Emotional Leftovers ...

The “official” definition of leftovers is the uneaten edible remains of a meal after the dinner is over, and everyone has finished eating.
Seems to be some people love leftovers, the additional merging of flavors time, the convenience of a pre-made meal, etc .. Are of course understandable reasons to love leftovers?!
What about emotional leftovers? What about those out there who just love other people’s emotional leftovers? Those who love to follow your relationship patterns and perhaps go after your “ex”?
Is it the additional merging of flavors time? Or just, perhaps … the convenience of this “pre-made” meal? .. The convenience of the fact that they may already know way too much about that person since you trusted them with your relationship conversations? .. Or is it because of the proximity your “ex” may feel by now dating someone once close to you? …  To me, it seems quiet pathetic (I know I’m being harsh about this one … ) going after your friend’s “ex” , pathetic have to use what you already know about someone just so they can pay attention to you, pathetic to ignore that this person you’re now dating can’t stop thinking about your friend and mental comparisons are 100 by the second …
I personally hate leftovers (in my mind the food dies right after it has been cooked … ) and emotional leftovers are nothing but the reminiscences of other’s failure (therefore I could never be friend’s with Vanessa Paradis) .. so no thank you … I rather keep feeding my heart with fresh love.

BTW food scraps and bones are not regarded as leftovers, but rather as waste material … So, there is NO reason to suffer over waste material nor those pathetic Vultures!
